Rush jobs go wrong when files bounce between people. Here one licensed CPA handles your file from the first question to the signed report.

One CPA, start to finish

The CPA who reads your books answers your questions, proposes the adjustments, and signs the report. No account managers in between.

Never outsourced

Your records stay with the CPA. They are never handed to an outside team or another firm.

Reach the CPA directly

Your questions go to the CPA himself, not an assistant. Once you’re a client, you message him directly on WhatsApp, so nothing gets lost between people.

Why last-minute work

“I built my practice around your deadline.”

“I built my practice around your deadline.”

I’ve been a CPA for 12 years, with Big Four experience, and I’ve performed more than 100 reviews and compilations for small businesses. Last-minute work is the kind many firms turn down, so I built my practice around it. You see a flat price upfront, and I work your file myself, from the first question to the signed report. Fast doesn’t mean skipping steps; it means no hand-offs and no waiting in a queue.

Flat fees

One flat fee for your company’s size

One flat fee for your company’s size

Size is the larger of annual revenue or total expenses, so a company that spends before it earns is priced fairly.

Which one do you need?

Review or compilation

Review or compilation

Review

CPA review

The CPA makes inquiries and performs analysis, then issues a report with limited assurance. Most banks, funding portals, and state filings ask for this.

Compilation

CPA compilation

The CPA presents your records as financial statements. The report gives no assurance.

Audit

Need an audit?

Audits are not part of these flat fees. Choose “Other” in the price calculator and ask for a separate quote.

Not sure? The bank, surety, regulator, or funding portal usually says which one it needs. If yours hasn’t, choose “Other” in the calculator and the CPA will tell you which one fits.

FAQ

Common questions

Common questions

Will I really deal with the CPA?

Yes. Gabriel Blanco, CPA, handles your file from start to finish and signs the report. Nothing is outsourced, and once you're a client you can message him directly on WhatsApp.

When does the delivery clock start?

When we receive your initial documents. It pauses while we wait for your answers to the CPA's questions.

How do I pay?

After you approve the confirmed quote, you get a QuickBooks invoice with a payment link for a 50% deposit. The balance is due before the signed report is released.

How fast can you deliver?

It depends on your company's size and the speed you choose. Standard takes 7 to 14 business days, rush 3 to 5 business days (+40% of the base fee), and ultra fast 1 to 2 business days (+80% of the base fee) when a slot is open. The clock starts when we receive your initial documents. The price table and the calculator show the exact times for your size, and the CPA confirms the slot before you pay.

Will my bank or agency accept the report?

They decide. We prepare the report under AICPA standards (SSARS) and the reporting framework they ask for.

My books aren't closed yet. Can you still help?

Yes. The calculator offers a free readiness checklist or a cleanup quote, and the CPA looks at your books and tells you the best way to get to a signed report.

Do you work with companies outside Florida?

Yes. Everything is online: documents, WhatsApp, and a signed PDF. The CPA checks any state requirements for your company when he reviews your request.

Why are you faster than most firms?

Last-minute work is all we built this service for: a short fit check, a fixed price before you commit, and one CPA working your file without hand-offs.
