Filing with your state this season?
New York’s CHAR500 is due 4½ months after your fiscal year ends. If your reviewed statements aren’t ready yet, last-minute work is what we do.
Does your state require a review?
Many states set the report type by the size of your nonprofit. Here is New York as an example; the CPA checks your state’s rules when he reviews your request.

Other states, funders and boards
Other states, foundations and government grants set their own rules. Tell us who is asking and the CPA will confirm whether a review or a compilation fits before you pay.
Direct access to your CPA
Your board, your funders and your state filing all depend on this report. One licensed CPA handles it from the first question to the signature.
One CPA, start to finish
The CPA who reads your books answers your questions, proposes the adjustments and signs the report. No account managers in between.
Never outsourced
Your donor and grant records stay with the CPA. They are never handed to an outside team or another firm.
Reach the CPA directly
Your questions go to the CPA himself, not an assistant. Once you’re a client, your treasurer or bookkeeper messages him directly on WhatsApp.

Which one do you need?
Review
CPA review
The CPA makes inquiries and performs analysis, then issues a report with limited assurance. This is what New York asks for in the $250,001 to $1,000,000 range.
Compilation
CPA compilation
The CPA presents your records as financial statements. The report gives no assurance. Some funders and boards accept it.
Audit
Need an audit?
Audits are not part of these flat fees. Choose “Other” in the price calculator and ask for a separate quote.
FAQ
Something else?
Will I really deal with the CPA?
Yes. Gabriel Blanco, CPA, handles your file from start to finish and signs the report. Nothing is outsourced, and once you're a client your treasurer or bookkeeper can message him directly on WhatsApp.
Is a review the same as an audit?
No. A review gives limited assurance and takes less time and cost. An audit gives reasonable assurance and is required above certain sizes. Your state or funder decides which one you need.
This is our first CPA review. Is that a problem?
Not at all. A first review needs extra work on opening balances, so it shows as a separate flat line in your price.
Do you also prepare Form 990?
Ask us. Choose “Other” in the price calculator, pick Form 990 or other tax filing, and the CPA will reply with what he can do and the price.
When does the delivery clock start?
When we receive your initial documents. It pauses while we wait for your answers to the CPA's questions.
How do I pay?
After you approve the confirmed quote, you get a QuickBooks invoice with a payment link for a 50% deposit. The balance is due before the signed report is released.
How fast can you deliver?
It depends on your organization's size and the speed you choose. Standard takes 7 to 14 business days, rush 3 to 5 business days (+40% of the base fee), and ultra fast 1 to 2 business days (+80% of the base fee) when a slot is open. Donor restrictions or 3 or more grants add work, so those reviews use the delivery times of the next size up. The clock starts when we receive your initial documents. The price table and the calculator show the exact times for your organization, and the CPA confirms the slot before you pay.
Do you work with nonprofits outside Florida?
Yes. Everything is online: documents, WhatsApp, and a signed PDF. The CPA checks any state requirements for your organization when he reviews your request.
